Counsellor

Amanda MC CCC

Hi there!

I understand that it took courage to be here looking for a counsellor. I know that it’s hard, and it hurts, sometimes more than you think you can bear.
You really don’t have to do it alone.
I would love to work with you.
As a counsellor, I get to see people make sense of their past, feel hope and excitement about their future, and have renewed confidence in their ability to navigate whatever comes their way.
That’s you too!

I offer flexible hours because I know you have a busy schedule. You can have in-person or online sessions or a combination of both. You can also do ‘walk & talk’ or ‘in-home’ sessions after you are established as a client.

I have a master’s degree in counselling and extra training in ADHD (child, adult, and parenting), concussion management and post-crash support (driving anxiety). I work with individuals, couples and families (see Areas of Practice).

Finding a counsellor that you work well with is not always easy. That’s why most counsellors, including me, offer a free 15-minute consultation.

I look forward to hearing from you.
Amanda

Note: I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC), so you may be eligible for reimbursement under your extended health benefits. Be sure to check your policy for eligibility requirements.
